Founded in November 2001 Istanbul Tourism Shipping Trade Inc & Dreieck Tours, is the result of the experience and qualifications gained by its founders throughout the 24 year working background
as Sr. Vice President for major Turkish
companies operating within the tourism, cruise industry and shipping fields.
We are therefore proud to be able to assess that the experience achieved after many years of activity, both as Shipping
Agents and Ground Operators, enables our Company to grant great reliability as well as a wide range of professional
services that are at complete disposal of the Cruise Companies we represent.
Istanbul Tourism Shipping Trade Inc & Dreieck Tours has its head office in ISTANBUL, branch office in KUSADASI, and
sub-agencies in all Turkish Ports.
Our company has been rapidly growing and it has achieved an extremely good reputation being renowned for its reliability
and competence, as a matter of fact only in year 2005 it has achieved a 2 million dollar business turnover.
As a network, the company serves various well-known companies as port agents, and/or tour and land operators (acting as
Port Agent, Tour Operator, Sub Agent, General Sales Agent and Medical Assistance).
Istanbul Tourism Shipping Trade Inc & Dreieck Tours services can be summarized under four key departments:
Cruise & Shipping Department.
A team of specialists is available at all times in order to meet the standards of the most demanding customer by providing
services that range from crew and passenger turnarounds, transfers and hotel bookings to assistance to cruise and cargo
ships thus offering a qualified service to any kind of travelers. Moreover the Passengerís Ship Division offers complete
assistance to the ship, her guests and her crew during her call at our ports from fly and cruise to tour planning and pre/post-
cruise packages. Technical requirements and any kind of supplies are coordinated by our staff. The assistance of our ground
operator department, and the longstanding relationship with all authorities, allow us to smoothly operate all turnarounds and
shipping of goods.
We are specialized in all kinds of custom clearance operations and able to arrange storage and delivery of goods to both
passenger ships and the relevant Cruise Companies offices abroad.
Services available: Port agency services, liner agency services, ship chandelling, bunker and supplies, forwarding services.

Our highly qualified and friendly staffs are able to promptly and carefully meet any request. Customized and scheduled
programmers including hotel reservations anywhere in Turkey, tours, excursions, sightseeing, yacht rental, car and
limousine service, domestic and international flight bookings, multilingual guides as well as all kinds of individual services
to our travelers are available.
We enjoy taking our guests through the wonders of the Ottoman Sultans in Istanbul, the ìgateî city between East and West,
as well as through the art, architecture and history of the Anatolian peninsula from the most ancient civilizations until modern
times.

Medical Assistance.
Medical assistance is provided in every port of call in Turkey services include: medical coordination and case management
for crew; arranging crew and passenger medical appointments; making visits or analysis/tests appointments; arranging
treatments, evaluation, and/or therapies requirements; providing assistance/interpretation/transportation to crew members
for the duration of their stay in hospital; arranging flight and accommodation requirements; arranging sea/air ambulance
services; administrating/issuing/translating medical report (i.e. fit-for-duty, fit-for-travel, MMI, etc.) requirements from hospitals,
